Packing Tips
Once your moving date has been confirmed you can look forward to moving into your new home, but before you start, make sure you have the correct packing materials - bubble wrap, carton sealing tape, a marker pen and plenty of strong empty boxes in various sizes. All these can be obtained from us, please go to our removal supplies page.
Start your packing early as it will almost certainly take twice as long as you anticipated, then begin at the top of the house and move downwards. If you have an attic, it's a good idea to start there.
Use your move as an opportunity to throw away your rubbish and give things to friends or charity shops.

Pack one room at a time, clearly labelling each box with its contents and the room to which it belongs and
clearly label any boxes that contain breakables.Wrap these items individually and place in a box that has been lined with bubble wrap.

It may sound obvious but pack heavier items on the bottom of the box and lighter items on top.

When we arrive at your new home we will put all the boxes in the appropriate room, as wrote on the box. This will save you a lot of time unpacking.
